Long story short: I have a 4 yr old and a 4 mth old. Just found out I am pregnant (cant be more than 6 weeks preg, as this was first time we had sex)

My gut feeling: terrified, but delighted.

Realistically: Very, very worried as I have had two c-sections and was told not to get pregnant for another year or two . Also had complications in last pregnancy (high blood pressure, obstetric cholestasis) and don't know how I will cope. DH and I had agreed to stop at 2 children, too, so unsure as top how he will deal with this news (think he will cack his pants, to be honest).

Don't know what I want to hear, really. Some ray of hope for this situation?

Hi CrySis, first of all congatulations.
I have 4 children, only ever planned 2. Have 8 yr old dd, 4 year old dd, 2 year old dd and 9 month old ds. Have had 4 sections on top of multiple problems but would not change one part of it. You will cope because thats what we do!As for your husband he will get his head around it...

Can you cope - honestly? Will it put your life at risk? Can you manage financially? if all fine then congrats, go for it and i'm sure dh will be delighted - cook him yummy dinner first you never know, my dd was big shock and didn't know how dh would take it -he was over the moon. So good luck
