I'm 11 weeks pregnant and soooooooooooooooooo tired it's almost unbearable! The thought of coming in to work today and working from 9-5.30 without any naps in the day actually made me cry last night!
I love being pregnant but I really can't cope with much more of feelin so so so tired.
Has anybody else felt like this? And please can someone tell me that it will get better soon?
xx

Poor you - it is rotten, isn't it?
I felt better from about 14 weeks iirc. I was still tired, but could cope, iyswim?

I felt better from about 12 weeks and then BOING!!! Full of energy until near the end. I used to come home from work and go straight to bed at the start, its horrid isn't it?

MarkTheHeraldAngelsStretch · 16/12/2008 12:48

Yes about 14 weeks for me too.

But it does go, and you will start to feel better soon. It is overwhelming though isn't it?

When they leave home ?

Sorry.x

It is a tireness unlike anything else isn't it? One of my friends even fell asleep onthe toilet at work. both times I perked up at about 12 weeks, hope you do too.

Thanks everyone. Hopefully the end should be in sight then. I think my sickness is starting to ease off a bit now so hopefully I shouldn't feel so tired once I'm not being sick every morning. I'm also gonna try and eat better now that I'm not as sicky and hopefully this may also give me a bit of an energy boost. Fingers crossed x

here's some hope for you - i felt rotten up until around 14-16 weeks but since then i have more energy than before i got pregnant!

seriously i feel fantastic. i recon it's down to the amount of sleep i'm getting. i sleep so solidly and for so long (well, as long as having a three year old will allow) since being knocked up. prior to that i had insomnia every other night for years so i was constantly knackered.

anyway, it does get better and it's really hard to imagine at the time but within a month or even less you will be back to your old self.

llareggub · 16/12/2008 17:15

I had a burst of energy between weeks 12 and 12 and a half. I'm back to being knackered again now.
