Seeing a midwife

Should I be able to make an appointment to see my midwife if I am in between checks iykwim?

Yes - just ring the surgery. If they can't fit you in then ring the hospital and ask for the community midwifery office - they should be able to ask your midwife to contact you.

I did that, called the clinic and was told to contact maternity triage at hospital. I don't want to go all way to hospital to see someone as it'll take me over an hour each way and cost £6. It's also getting hard to leave the house.
I'll call again I think. or maybe just see gp
