12 week scan tomorrow and very scared!....

Hi, im 12+2 today and have my first scan tomorrow afternoon. Im so scared about tomorrow i have a headache from worry. I just wish it was tomorrow already!!

I had a MMC in july at 8 weeks & although i feel positive im so scared and cant help but feel really nervous that it will be bad news!!

how can i relax??

For me the 12 week scan was the goal post. I came in to work today to tell my line manager and HR, everyone is really pleased which was nice. And now I can explain why I dodged the Christmas party!

I only started my job in August, and my probation period was only up today! So I have yet to tell anyone. I'm also unsure whether to say anything, in case the DS risk comes back high and it all goes wrong.

I'll probably tell them after Christmas. It's not going to go down well, AT ALL.

You never know, herbaceous, these things are rarely as bad as you fear they might be! Perhaps your work will be really good about the news, I'm sure you're not the first one to get pregnant - nor will you be the last. Keep positive over Christmas... maybe the festive spirit will rub off on them and they'll be in a good mood when you break the news. x
