safe amount of paracetemol - 16 weeks pregnant

Help, i have the flu, haven't felt this bad for years.

I have been taking paracetemol but only 1 every 4 hours, is it safe for me just to take as leaflet states ?

You could also have honey and lemon, and simple linctose
