Olbas oil or karvol on a tissue will help you breathe. Ensure you get lots of vit c and drink lots of fluids - and sadly paracetemol, honey and lemon (or ginger) is your lot (I sympathise - now 30 weeks and suffering my third cold of this pregnancy so far...)

Boots Lemon, Honey and Glycerine linctus, and Lockets. Both say they are OK in pg on the packet and both recommended to be by a pharmacist when I was pg.
