Hi everyone
Am 36 weeks with first baby. Today (sorry for the TMI) I have noticed some tiny (pinhead sized) spots of blood when I wipe. Should I be worried about this? Thanks everso....

I had the exact same thing and it last a couple of days and was gone - was told it was cervical erosion, when your cervix bleeds a bit. But go to see the midwife and get it checked to put your mind at rest.

I would get it checked out. My DD ws born at 36 weeks- I didn't really feel the contractions but went to hospital as I thought I had weird tummy pains and I wanted them to examine me. Turns out I was 6cm dilated...I then had some spotting once I was in hospital and DD was born 6 hours later.
Don't want to panic you but probably for the best- ring the midwife or labour ward and see what they say. (Prob won't be anything to worry about but best to check). Good Luck! (Have you packed your bag- I hadn't!)
