have been bed-ridden since night before last - dh has just bought me up the laptop as I have finally stopped severe shaking/temp

I still feel so dizzy and ill though, so think I will have to be off work sick again tomorrow but I am feelign SO guilty, I feel like I have been ill so much this last two months (3 days total)

can they hold it against me? think I am in that ill/paranoid fog atm

3 days in two months isn't that bad - how is your overall sickness record? Are they normally arsey about these things? In any case, you are ill and, pregnant or not, you need to rest. Furthermore, would they thank you for going in and spreading it around? Take it easy and just concentrate on getting better - it's grim when you're pregnant and ill.

it's normally good, just has been one thing after another this last while (and seems lots more as am only part time)- and they are usually fine about it, just got the guilts!

am going on mat leave at Xmas, so suppose in the grand scheme of things it's not a big deal

Don't worry about it, then. Being off sick used to always make me feel guilty esp when pregnant as you don't want people to think you are being precious or using pregnancy as an excuse, but you are ill so you should have a clear conscience.

ah, thank you

I'm not even sure I'll be returning after mat leave, so suppose I shouldn't get in a tizz
