Used Otrivine and Vicks sprays after waking up suffocating with a cold at night (didn't even cross my mind it could cause a problem - pure stupidity) but have just been told by the doctor they can cause blood flow problems for the baby. We are OK and baby very active but just warning anyone who might not have thought about this!
