I had really bad sickness that ended about a month ago. With that sickness I was hugely bloated with accompanying gas . Anyway, now Im just suffering with bloating. Its really ruining my appetite and making me feel generally uncomfortable all day long. This is my second and is following the same pattern (except worse)- but by this stage last time I was eating so much and really enjoying my food. Is there anything I can do?

Peppermint tea is the key to bloating.

have you tried cutting out wheat? I have a variety of intolerances and wheat is the worst. I can look 4 months pregnant just from the bloating!

is it possible to develop an intolerance to wheat during pregnancy? I always had a bit of a problem with my digestive system but this is much worse. I did try to cut out wheat before- DS is gluten and dairy free but I found it very difficult to find wheat free things that I like. Actually I have seen a slight correlation between eating potatoes and feeling really bloated. Could potatoes be the cause?
