i am 24 weeks and cant seem to get rid of thrush, ahve just been diagnosed with thrush by gp, was given a canesten pessary, but 4 days later, im sure i still have it, is it safe to use another pessary? ive heard natural yoghurt is good for thrush but i think it only relieves it, i dont think it cures it? any advice please!

you could try grapefruitseed extract...but ask your midwife first. it cleared mine no probs. i think that natural yog can clear thrush. also no knickers while you're on your own in the house (thrush can't survive in the air, needs damp conditions to thrive...sorry!)

also, try to cut down on yeast and sugar in your diet: these don't help at all.
