Joint pain in pregnancy - and not the pelvic area?

I am 12 weeks pg and my shoulder is absolutely KILLING me at night. I seem to remember last time I got joint pain in my knees and wrist when I was pg but not this early on.

Am I abnormal? It started about a week ago and no, I haven't pulled it and it only hurts at night.

I have arthris which started with my first child and has got worse with each baby.
It hurts much more after i have been in bed.
I'd go and see your doctor.
