Maybe TMI, but swollen, hard hot nipples first thing in the morning? (Goes away after an hour) at 21+4

Hi. I'm 21 weeks pregnant and for the last few weeks I've been waking up with crazy nipples! They're really swollen and hard and feel hot to the touch, particularly round the aerola (sp?). They're not sore at all though. It seems to go away after about an hour. Do you think it's because I've been lying on my side and squashing them during the night? Not sure whether to mention it to MW or not, since it's not sore or anything and goes away.

Anybody else with this?? (or do I just have freaky nipples.....?????)

Its probably just teh milk ducts going into production Kalikaroo - you're not a freak. My nipples are uber sensitive in pregnancy too - especially first thing in the morning if is cold!
