Not in your area, but we paid for a private Scan at Sussex Nuffield like you to just see bubba was there. Was about 9 weeks when i had it done.

Think about £60.

Money well spent if it puts your mind at rest! xx

the Nuffield Hospitial we used were fantasitc (my OH has also had an operation there, again for this they were also fantastic!)

We had a scan only about 3 days after first enquiring, the consultant was very reassuring and i don't know whether this is your first one or not... but this is my first pregnancy, and he took the time to explain what i was seeing, as at 9 weeks- There isn't much to see!

But we saw a little heartbeat, and also importantly that our little Bean was in the right place.

Bean has stuck for a nickname as about 9 weeks they are the size of kidney bean!! Oh how she & my Tummy have grown!

Good luck!!! x

Hi, I went up to The Birth Co in Harley Street, London. I went at 11 weeks and they did a scan and blood test and gave me all my results within two hours. They sometimes have same day appts, but I made mine a week in advance. It was £180 with the Obstetrician but I think was cheaper with the Sonogrpaher. We made it a day to London and then went to mamas and papas on Regent street to celebtrate afterwards!

Good luck.
