Anyone used Precious Little One?

Having read awful things about Two Left Feet and Mothercare I was wondering if anyone had come across/used Precious Little One? I hadn't heard of them until doing a bit of research today and given the twin buggy I want is £90 cheaper than in Mothercare I was wondering whether to give them a go. Any thoughts/experiences?

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this store, as I've had very upsetting experience with them.
I bought stroller suitcase for a specific holidays, paid £81.95. It was to take my 11 Month daughter to Lapland for New Year. I'm singe mother and was saving up for this trip with grandparents, and for this suitcase stroller for a very long time.
They delivered broken item!!! I had to have it repaired and use it for the trip because they didn't manage to exchange it, even though it was 1 week before our trip.
Now I've spoken to the manager and there's nothing they would do for me. So I'm left with broken item!

I’ve ordered my travel system from them and had a message from DPD to say it’s being delivered Thursday..so far so good

Precious Little One have a pre-order option and give a timescale of which month the item will arrive. Is this what you are referring to?

I'm looking to place an order with them but I'm glad I came across this thread. Confused

My friend and I have both used them recently. I got a cotbed, it’s perfect and friend got a pram also prefect.

I had a really awful experience with precious little ones. The pushchair broke within a year and it took nearly 3 weeks for them to agree to repair it. They sent a loan pushchair which I needed to pay for and then I still don't have my pushchair back nearly 2 months after first contacting them. There is no one available to speak to and emails sent from them are unclear. I really would avoid this company at all costs. I have never experienced such an abominable customer service.

I bought a pram from this company and needed to send it back to them within a year for several repairs. The company sent the pram back to me recently following repair and at the weekend when I was pushing the pram across the road with my children seated in it, the pram collapsed due to the frame falling apart. It was also returned to me with a rip on the lower seating compartment. I have now asked this company if I can return the pram and receive a full refund as I have understandably lost all confidence in the product and standard of repair that this company are able to effect. They have answered that I am not entitled to receive a refund as it falls beyond the 30days to when I first purchased the product. I may now be left in the position where I have to proceed the matter to litigation.
