Oh, I'm sure I'm overanalysing and working myself up, but I had some cramping earlier this week and now at 4+4, it seems to be less/nearly gone. I'm slightly tired, but not too much and my breasts are sore, but more so at night - right now they feel like they would pre-AF. I've had a mmc before and had no sickness or anything with that pregnancy.

So, what did you feel like in the very very beginning?

Exactly as you describe - a bit tired, not sick (I never was with my daughter) and very sore breasts. I cramped to start with too and it stopped by 5 weeks. BTW the pg I am talking about is the one viable one I have had. Try not to read too much into the signs you are getting. I know it is hard to stop worrying...

I am just under 6 weeks and all i feel is a lot of gurgling happening in my tummy. not sick, gone of food generally esp with list of what you can't eat in my head 24/7. On the whole as this is my first no idea how i should feel. Keep waiting for something to happen!! Anyone else got the gurgles?

lastboxoftampons · 21/11/2008 11:23

Thanks MrsHappy that is very reassuring! I know there's no way to know either way, but it's good to hear when people have the same symptoms (or lack thereof!) as me!

Newbie I remember from last time that I had this feeling of being disgustingly full at almost all times. Which strangely coincided with the times I was ravenously hungry! I would be hungry but couldn't for the life of me think of anything that I wanted to eat as nothing sounded appetizing! It was such a weird feeling.

I felt a bit tired, thirsty with sore boobs. I had occasional crampy pains for the early weeks and put that down to everything stretching. Sickness didn't appear until 6 or 7 weeks for me.

mazzystartled · 21/11/2008 13:35

i felt ragingly pre-menstrual, so, much like you....by 6 weeks happily chucking up every day.

bedhed · 21/11/2008 15:00

hello lbot both my pregnancies i had some cramping for a few days when period was due, was very moody and sore boobs. That was about it. Started feeling tired about 5 weeks, sick about 6 weeks.

TeenyTinyTorya · 21/11/2008 15:05

Exhausted, cold, sick. Says it all really.

highrise · 21/11/2008 20:49

week 4-5 very sore breast and some minor cramping low down in tummy.
Now 8 weeks and suffering from sickness twice a day and nausea all day.
The nausea started at 5 weeks, had no appetite and lost 5 pounds since then.

Astrophe · 21/11/2008 20:54

I have started a similar thread today I am 5 weeks and a few days, feeling achey more than crampy, lower back pain (possibly unrelated), and also a bit sick, although not puking.

With my other 2 DC I didn't feel sick until 6-7 weeks though.

The achey feelings are bothering me, but I've been having them since before I missed my period so I guess if I was going to mc I would have by now...thats what I hope anyway.

anjlix · 21/11/2008 22:48

I felt really sleepy. Like some one had given me a sleep drug. I did not know I was pregnant but all I wanted to do was curl up in bed all the time. It passed away by week 16ish..

brettgirl2 · 22/11/2008 09:08

I felt like I had PMT alongside period pains. I'd probably have been worried if I'd known I was pregnant!

notnowbernard · 22/11/2008 09:22

Pre-menstrual

blinks · 22/11/2008 09:27

vast majority of people don't have morning sickness at this stage so no need to worry... after 3 pregnancies, at such an early stage my symptoms were tiredness, metallic taste in mouth, cramping and mood swings.

...congratulations tampax....

KristinaM · 22/11/2008 09:29

pre-mentrual

titmouse · 22/11/2008 10:34

nauseous, all day long, and bloated. My sickness started really early. And exhausted. And period pains in the night.

happymumtobe · 22/11/2008 14:58

Well i am nearly 6 wks pregnant i have gone off food,no sickness as of yet.i have had afew cramps in bottom of tummy and also getting similar to period pains. i also have gurgles in tummy.this is my fourth pregnancy but fifth child and its all diffrent this time due to the fact that this is my first pregnancy with diabetes as im a type 2 and i have to inject insulin 4 times a day so i guess i am a lil nervous this time round.
i get bloated easily to....which can be a pain

Horton · 22/11/2008 15:31

I just felt normal at 4-5 weeks, although maybe my breasts were a bit sorer than they usually are before my period. In fact, until the tiredness kicked in I was peeing on sticks about once every few days as I felt so utterly normal I'd convinced myself I was imagining the whole thing.
