Hi

My DD was breech until 36 weeks and I was in a big panic as I had gone into labour with my DS at 38 wks.

Had a scan at 36 weeks and we were then going to "discuss options" but she had turned!!

Is it your first child??

Think 2nd/3rd babies can turn later.

Hope everything goes well!!

I am now 35 weeks and my baby has just turned in the last few days.
It's my third, so has more room to play

No real advice but just wanted to say that sounds like my one - I'm 31 weeks and was told it was breech, but now it often feels like its gone transverse, as though it can't move all the way round. It's my second one so from what I've read there's a pretty good chance it might move yet. Have you looked at spinningbabies.com for some positions etc to try?
good luck!

Mine was transverse breech til 39 weeks. In fact it was only when they came to check me the hour before my planned cs that she decided to go head down. They sent me home again! God - my nerves were shot to pieces.

Hiya

at 28 weeks my baby was head down, at 30 she was breech, 32 breech and then at my 34 week appointment was told she is head down now,

And I'm getting rib kicks to confirm it

Try not to panic (even though I did! I was sure she would stay breech!) most babies turn themselves before 35 weeks.

Ds was transverse, then breech.

He turned at just over 38 weeks (he's my 2nd btw)

Try pulsatilla 200 3x day.

Tink, mine turned at the last moment, (38? weeks) after being full breech from about 30 weeks. Not sure if transverse is more difficult to turn....Hope you are doing OK.

Do your exercises (over the birthing ball etc) every evening in front of the TV and there's a high chance it'll turn.

I had breech baby first time around and I was booked in for a c section for my second because everyone thought it was breech until the last minute, but I had a scan and it transpired baby had turned after all and in fact head was engaged. I then went into labour two days later at 37 weeks!

Anyway I digress. I sat on my exercise ball every night for two hours wriggling my his and leaning forwards for about four weeks. Obviously don't know if that was what did it. Transverse babies are more likely to turn anyway and at only 32 weeks there's plenty of time for it to settle head down. Just give baby a helping hand with your postures.

sorry spelling mistake - HIPS not his!
