Just wondered if anyone had used the Belly Bandit to ?Tighten and Shrink Your Belly Post Pregnancy??? Apparently you chuck it on post birth and regain your pre preg waist. Hmmm I suppose it might be worth a try?

Dont know about the belly bandit but i used support knickers to do the same thing.

I had a great midwife who told me to get them from m and s, you get them in gentle, medium and firm control and they really made a difference

I've tried it after my number 2. With number 1 I didn't regain my shape, this time I've been more conscious of getting everything pushed back into place. I tried it and it is fantastic!!!!! Really easy to wear and it's like your own little secret!

I had a c-section and it gives you the confidence to go around your normal days chores, lift up number 1 child and seems to be working getting everything into place without any extra help.

I got mine from Boohoobaby and they had a really fast turn-around would definately recommend them.
