I zonk out on sofa as soon as kids in bed, about 8pm

I'm 30 weeks and have a very similar evening routine to yours. I get restless legs when I'm sitting on the sofa and normally go to bed at about 9/9.30pm just to get into a different position! Reading normally helps me to fall asleep, although I often wake in the night and never feel as though I've had a proper deep restful sleep - think that's just part of being pregnant though unfortunately. I've found on the days I've done a bit of exercise my legs feel better and I sleep a bit better. Went for a short swim at lunchtime today so will hopefully sleep ok tonight!

I have the same kind of bedtime as you, usually in bed by 10pm, read till I fall asleep, then wake on and off throughout the night,

a couple of nights ago I didn't go to bed till after 11pm, was still reading at 12pm, must've conked out by about 12.30am, but I slept through till about 6am, which is weird for me. Have decided that there's no point tossing and turning half the night - go to bed a bit later and see if your quality of sleep improves.

Am 34w, btw, totally uncomfortable, can't figure out how to get comfy - too many pillows, or not enough....desperate to not be pregnant any more!
