God, I would be SO annoyed at your dh - when you're trying to get through the day without puking, the last thing you need is someone telling you what you're eating isn't healthy ffs!

I found that carrying a whole lemon in and digging nail in and sniffing when feeling sick helpe - someone suggested it on MN one time.

Agree that you should eat whatever helps and tell your DH to shut up (after all, he's not the one being sick is he?), but can say that pretzels are a good low fat crunchy snack. Sainsbury's do really nice jumbo multiseed pretzels that are strangely addictive.

Agree with all the ginger biscuit recommendations. Definitely helped with ds1.
That said, with ds2, what really helped in the first 12 weeks was bacon flavoured crisps, and pork pies. Hence the extra 10lbs I somehow acquired. Never mind, they're gone now.

Omg morning sickness is awful. If chocolate biscuits work for you then have 'em. Don't let anyone make you feel guilty about it! Men eh?!

I did find lemony things helped me. Even the smell of fresh cut lemons helped a bit. But tbh I felt so ill I'd have eaten anything if it would have helped.

Hope you feel better soon. Send dh out for the most luxurious chocolate biscuits he can find for you!
