low BP in late pg- anything to worry about?

have had 34 week check today and my BP was 90/50. it got this low around 20 weeks but then rose again to my normal 110/65 ish until this last check up.

MW has asked me to have blood taken on Monday to test HB but i only had a FBC done 4 weeks ago (had a rash so they did FBC, LFT and bile acids) and it was all normal with HB of 13.9.

Is it possible for HB to fall to levels affecting my BP in just 4 weeks? if not what else could cause this and is it anything to be concerned about? the MW looked quite worried...

I don't think low BP is anything to worry about regarding the baby. I had really low BP during all my pgs and fainted several times during my last, so that is something to be careful about.

Don't know about HB levels I'm afraid.

I had low bp with both my boys. The hospital didnt seem at all concerned and just said its alot better than it being high. I just had to be careful not to get too over heated in the bath or shower and not to stand up too quicker or I would faint, but was fine if I was careful

Can also be caused by the extra fluid your carrying round. Mine is always very low and the midwives have never expressed any concern in any of my pregnancies.Try not to worry as long as you feel well some people have naturally low BP.
