Bruising after scan - is this normal?

Hi,
First timer here wondering if someone experienced can help? I had my 12 week scan yesterday and I was really uncomfortable. I feel really bruised today, is this normal or should I be concerned?

Sometimes they do press really hard to get the best view of baby and it can be quite sore.
