15 weeks pregnant and pains down below?

I've been getting these pains all day today, they started last night. I am booked in tomorrow with the midwife, but I wondered if anyone has had these, and if they could help. I think it's called your pubic bone, the bone that's down below. That's where the pains are, feels kinda like cramping. They've been there on and off all day today, it just really hurts. Any ideas anyone?

Jael - no idea what they are...just wanted to say that I have something very similar (I'm 16+6). I notice mine are worst in the morning when i first wake up (in fact I wonder if they are waking me up). I've been putting it dow to stretching and stuff...hope that your midwife reassures you. Interested to hear what she says...
