Heartburn

I'm in need of some advice, i've been getting heartburn really badly over nite for the past week or so, which in the end has made me throw up

Just want some advice on how to calm it down or get rid of it, gaviscon makes me sick, i'm going through antacids like nothing, just wondering if theres anything else i could try?

Baby due in 22 days so hopefully will be rid of it soon, but want a bit of sleep before the arrival

Ahh bless your DD how long has she had a cold?

Haven't seen a good horror in years they just don't make em any more!

Hope she doesn't come down with flu.

The only problem with Horrors i don't scare easily, will try it tho!

Any other thoughts?

It was bad enough walking around the fratton B&Q yesterday, it's huge my dad decided he wanted to go down every aisle, my legs were huge come the end!!!

My mom, best friend and my sister is debating wether she wants to be there! i think she'll be there for labour but not delivery.

Well ate at 7 o'clock and won't eat any thing else tonight, been drinking water all day today so no acidic orange squash, walked around town today and my feet were killing me when i got in!

So hopefull of a nice nights sleep1!!

I suffer badly with this atm and, personally, find plain water to be teh worst culprit. Someone on here recommended ginger beer so have been drinking that. Seems to work, not sure, but is lovely.

Never thought of Ginger beer not that i like it much but willing to try anything!!

Me too lockets. Has really quite upset me. That and the other baby deaths on here recently and hearing of another baby that died this weekend - seem to be so many recently. Am due May 10th

I had really bad heartburn last pregnancy. Gaviscon also made me feel sick, I tried Gaviscon extra and it worked without making me feel ill.

Lockets how is DD feeling tonight?

I'm fine just tired, but other than that not to bad, can feel the lump of acid tho but not bad at the mo, sucking on an antacid!!

Been walking around today, avoiding acidic items, an received some good news from the council, that i'll get a 2 bed house when baby arrives!!!
