Does anyone else have really painful nipples? I am sure I didnt have this with DD, boobs were sore but not nipples. This time its the other way around. Boobs have grown lots as they did last time but they dont really feel tender, its just the nipples, they really hurt if I knock them!. Dont think its anything to worry about but just seems strange, wondered if anyone else had it too.
