Bruising???

Hi All
I am 29+1 and my baby kicks real hard. yesterday, he kicked particularly hard and i think he has bruised the inside of my tummy. now that part of my tum is so sore, especially when i cough.

this is all new to me. has anyone experienced this before?

i cannot think of why that part of my tum would be so sore

No experience but bumping for you in the hope someone else can advise.

Hi Heron - I had a chest infection when I was 39 weeks with DD1 and pulled a muscle in my side as I was coughing so hard. I saw the GP and he said there was no danger to DD and just to rest.

Arnica is good for bruising though, might help it heal quicker....?

And tell you baby to quieten down
