I am not really a superstitious person but is this tempting fate?!
Originally it was Feb 12 but I didn't want the earliest appointment at 7:30; this one is at 9:30 which suits better for other children etc.
So it's sort of my choice as I requested the change.
As long as I don't name the baby Jason eh?!

I'd ask them to change it!

Nah, don't be superstitious! My ds was born on the 13th but it wasn't a Friday. I did have a moment (prob hormonal) when I wailed down the phone that his first birthday would be Friday the 13th, but then I realised this year was a leap year so his first birthday was actually a saturday

Only thing about my planned cs, might apply to you, the time they gave me was very loose, I arrived at 8am as instructed, didn't go in to theatre until 11am as emcs went ahead of me (naturally of course)

Good to know HeadFairy... do you have to fast beforehand by the way?

My due date is Feb 13th.....well, they say only 5 % of babies are born on their due date. I hope that is not my case ( I am not in those 5% )

My birthday is the 13th!

It's a LUCKY day!

I was born on Friday the 13th and have had a normal life.
Don't buy into the superstitious crap... (That's rich coming from me, a practicing catholic)
