Listeriosis, i think. It is supposed to be avoided throughoout, though in some other countries, no one bothers.

I think it's OK if you cook it well... whay not have a pizza with bacon and stilton on? Grill it till it's melty and it'll solve your craving problem...

yep blue cheese fine if cooked in pasta or on pizza
