33 weeks and baby dropping? Thought it happened later with 2nd+ babies?

Am a bit confused...

Went to midwives at 32 weeks, she said baby was breech still.

I've had AWFUL heartburn for about 2 weeks, to the point where I have been crying!

And also been finding it very hard to breathe because she was so pushed up on my lungs.

Now from yesterday my bump has dropped, even DH said it to me a minute ago and he doesn't notice anything! I have no heart burn and can breathe alot easier...

isn't it too early for her to have dropped? Do you think she has turned?

Theres a midwives drop in session at our surestart on a tuesday... would you go in just to ask her to feel your tummy, to see if she had turned?

And finally, if she has turned or dropped do you think it means she might come a bit earlier than 40 weeks?

I'm 38 weeks with my 2nd & I thought my baby dropped a few weeks ago.. I had a scan & they couldn't even measure her head because it was too low down. Now she seems to have moved up again & last week my midwife wrote on my notes that my baby's head is "free" in my pelvis, so not even in the slightest bit engaged!

I think it's worth finding out if your baby has turned round though. Fingers crossed she's head-down now!

Hi - am due in Dec too. This one was breech earlier on, and bump definitely changed shape when he/she turned. Is now firmly head down and I am getting some pretty uncomfortable twinges in my fanjo (no2 for me).

I would go along and get checked out just for peace of mind.
