Where can I buy raspberry leaf tea? I'm not sure where to start and thought some of you might be abl to help. I'm in Edinburgh, so if anyone knows a local stockist, even better

Does anybody know if the tablets or the tincture are as effective - I've heard the tea doesn't taste very good.

how pg are you? i am 38 weeks. let me know if you find out where to buy the tea i will try as well. what else are you doing at this stage?

I got the tea bags from H&B and local health food shop. It tasted fine with a bit of sugar or sweetener.
I read somewhere (MN maybe?) that the tea was more effective than the tablets.
With DH1 I got the loose raspberry leaf from the local health food shop. It tasted like grass (as in stuff you mow, not skin up with!) and was a faff to steep. Go with teabags IMO

Thanks for the replies - sorry I went to bed early last night feeling sick

I will try Holland and Barrett. Somebody suggested mixing a bit of peppermint into the rasp tea, I might try that too. I will try the tea bags first and move to tablets if I can't drink it.

Stayinbed, I'm 31 weeks just now, going to start taking the tea at 34 weeks (midwife said not to start before that), so you could start taking it any time. Good luck

I used the loose tea, and as long as you have a decent tea ball, it was fine. Also, near the end I put loads of tea in the ball, and made it quite strong.

It doesn't taste great, but I used to wait until it cooled down and then just neck it.

BTW, don't you have Napiers up there? Oh!
here they are. They were fantastic for advice when my ds had eczema.
