At first I thought it was because I had new trainers, but it's been about a week now, steadily getting more intense. It's just a little section of the sole of each foot, and now the area of the palm of my right hand where the thumb begins. It's worse in the night when I'm hot.
Please come on here and tell me if it was O.C. I'd be itching all over and there's really nothing to panic about....
