Pregnancy

Talk about every stage of pregnancy, from early symptoms to preparing for birth.

8 months pregnant and dd2 has just launched herself at my bump. Baby is breech and I'm sure heads were clashed - what should I do if anything.

I was sitting on the sofa watching TV with the dd's - and dd2 literally launched herself at me - she is nearly 3.

The baby is breech and dd2 clashed her head very hard on my bump just where ds1's head is.

The baby is very active.

Does anyone know how robust babies are - is he well padded by amniotic fluid etc - I don't think there was much between his head and dd2's tbh.

Any advice is welcome - even if it is to say I have nothing to worry about!

It'll be fine honestly! So long as the baby is bouncing about s/he is fine.

Unless you are bleeding the baby will have just been startled - which isn't a problem.

If the baby is active its more than likely fine, but if you're worried then call either your labour ward, MW or NHS Direct.

But if its any consolation DD was breech and I repeatedly walked into door frames . Now we're 19 months in and haven't found any problems yet...

Thanks for the posts.

DS is still being very active - I'm just worried about some sort of head injury whilst still in the womb!

I'll ring the midwife on Monday just to put my mind at rest.

Thanks for your posts.
