How dangerous is being exposed to chicken pox when pregnant?

Hi All, last night when I picked ds and dd up from nursery the leaders told me chicken pox is going round the baby room. My two are both in the afterschool club room with one of the babies brothers. I can't not pick them them up from nursery or take them out without taking time off work, is it really dangerous for me to be there? Can my kids carry it even though they have both had it?
I'm starting to panic a bit now

Have you ahd chicken pox? If not then you'll need your immunity checked. If you have had it there's nothing to worry about.

I've just had this panic, since I am one of the 'few' who has had chickenpox multiple times [sigh]. I had blood test to check immunity and am awaiting result, but no signs of anything developing...

As long as you have had chickenpox (and even if you haven't had obvious, classical chickenpox - you will probably have immunity since your DC have had them and I assume you were in contact with them?) you will be fine.

Also if both your sons have had it I don't think you've got anything to panic about.

Your dd and ds I mean!

Yes I've had it. I forgot to mention I am pregnant! That's why I'm worried!
