hi i started using it last week am now 6 days overdue so not done anything yet! i got grapeseed oil from the health food shop when i bought it and you add about 5 drops to a teaspoon of oil and massage it into your lower stomach. What are we like trying all these alternatives!!!! (p.s just got myself some EPO and necked 3 straight away, 2nd sweep tomorrow!!)

I just put it in the bath. Had baby six hours later.

If you want a carrier oil I'd just use olive oil or whatever you have for cooking.

Sweet almond oil. Did bugger all.

it seems a really 50/50 with people on here! When you put it in bath alark did you just use that and water then? I read somewhere you should put something in with it (milk i read!) to make it mix with the water otherwise it just sits on top of the water and you dont get the benefit?? Is the carrier just for massage?

I just chucked some in the bath. I'm not sure if it did anything or not. I did go into labour 24 hours later but I was 7 days late so was bound to at some point!
