7 week scan - what to expect?

I have an early scan tomorrow after mmc in July, when I will be 7 weeks and 4 days. Am incredibly nervous, and wondered what to expect? Do all 7 week foetuses measure the same or is there some variability as with later scans? What if I'm 'out' by a few days? Should it be moving at this stage?
Just wanting to have a bit of info' so I have the right questions to ask. Keep on replaying the awful experience of sonographer and mmc and am worried about jinxing things if I think postive!
Thanks

I just wanted to say do not give up hope. I had a mmc last year with severe pregnancy symptoms. This time hardly any sickness and had a scan at 7 weeks which showed a heart beat. Think they like you to be around 8 weeks to have a good chance of seeing a heartbeat.

I had a scan the week before last and I was 8+1 weeks, baby measured 15.6mm (about a centimetre and a half).

They pointed out to me what was what. There was a black oval which was the sac, at the bottom of that was a greyish little bean shape which was the baby. Inside the bean was a flicker which was the heartbeat. All around this was a sort of white ring which they said was excellent (not sure what the ring).

If you're unsure on anything then ask them to explain what they're seeing.

I had a scan at 8+1 with DD - you should hopefully see a black hole (womb) and then a little white bean in it with a beating spot (the heart).

Hey guys I'm new to this I've had a miscarriage in March and devastated but I really want a baby so tried again. According to my LMP I should be 7 weeks but went for an early scan today and discovered that I have an empty womb. Sonographer found nothing, they saw a sac but couldn't determine whether its air sac or fluid sac. Funny because this was the case the previous time too. They couldn't find an active pregnancy in womb and had to do further tests to confirm I had miscarried. Anyway after coming home from my internal scan I started bleeding called and told the ward they just reassured me that unless it's heavy it's nothing to worry about. I'm so scared that I've miscarried again as I have period like cramping. Anyone had any experience like this? In pieces right now :(
