I have been waking up hungry in the middle of the night. If i try to ignore it I end up being sick in the morning (still got morning sickness at 21 weeks). Last night I had some mashed potatoe and soup but was then awake for quite a while not able to go back to sleep.
I also can't seem to nap in the afternoon as anything I have eated comes back up again with lots of bile (sorry if TMI).
I can't get enough sleep - I'm exhautsed
Any suggestions?

I went with cereal in the middle of the night. Fibrous stuff, like mini wheats. That would satisfy my hunger and keep me from hurling in the morning.

Good luck!

Sandwich is quite filling without being too much to get back to sleep, or too sugary etc.

cereal and milk
cheese or peanut butter sandwich and milk
handful almonds and milk
cake of course and guess what? milk!

I found bananas and muesli bars good.

Bananas - easy to keep by bed and they are meant to help you sleep too.
