got a BFP today - should I stop taking it immediately, or will it help my hormones establish things in these early days?

Can't seem to find out much about this other than the obligatory 'do not take while pregnant or breastfeeding' clause. I thought it was meant to be good for breastfeeding

I took agnus castus until I found out I was pregnant (at 6 weeks), then stopped. All fine so far, as far as I know - I'm at 16 weeks - but I'd stop if I were you, because agnus castus is all about regulating hormone levels and you don't need or want to do that once you're pregnant! I imagine breastfeeding is a different matter.

Thanks for that Elpis. I did stop taking it, but was a wee bit worried that if it has such a strong regulating effect that stopping suddenly would cause problems. No sign of problems yet though so fingers crossed.
