braxton hicks contractions anyone?

does anyone get what feels like a sensation of the uterus hardenening? like a pressure feeling, i believe they are called braxton hicks contractions they happen throughout the day at various times they are not painful, they just feel weird, i am 23+4 wks pg, would love to hear if anyone else gets them

I had them all the way through first pregnancy. They used to wake me up in the night towards the end. Think it helped labour though as had them through night as usual, bit stronger in am and more regular so went to hospital and I was 8cm dilated!
