is anybody else going through their pregnancy alone here?

hello, i am 8 weeks pg, very excited, but i conceived after sleeping with an old friend. we are very fond of each other, but it was comfort sex, no more, and we have both acknowledged we're not for the duration long term. So I'm on this pregnancy journey alone - delighted, determined, but also wondering if ooooh, i'll ever go out dancing/have sex/fall in love again.
Anybody else in the same boat?

Hi Congratulations first! I was alone with my second baby and I had all the same thoughts as you. I met my now husband while pregnant with this baby which he took on as his own as the father didnt want to know. So you can still find love so dont worry you will be fine. Good luck with your pregnancy.
