positive pregnancy test after erpc

Hi I have recenty lost twins and had erpc 21st July this year. It was horrible especially because they were twins. Anyway I did a couple of preganancy tests about 2months after and they were negative. It is now 3 months since erpc and I did pregnancy test yesterday and it was positive and came up pretty much straight away. I then did two more today of different brand and they were both positive. I still don't believe it, Am I really pregnant again? I just keep thinking its showing positive as I might have the pregnancy hormone still in my system from before. Any advice would be good thanks

thankyouI just keep looking at the tests and even though they are positive I just can't believe it trying not to think about it incase I'm not!

I think if you've had negative hpts in the interim this should be a new pregnancy.

thanks I hope it is true but still really worried because of what happened last time just want the next 8 weeks to fly by to my 12 week scan

can you phone the early pregnancy unit of your hospital and request an early scan? I was able to have early scans due to 2 previous mc.

I will phone them and see what they say. I have 3 healthy children and have had 2 mc so they might give me an early scan. How many weeks pregnant were you when they gave you the early scan?

With both pregnancies I had a scan at around 6/7 weeks.

hi again, I have now jut done a digital clearblue test which says pregnant does anybody know ifthese are quite accurate? I'm just really having trouble believeing that I am pregnant
