Am 35 weeks and for the last day or so have had this sort of achey pressure type feeling in the um, pubic region - wondering if this might mean head is engaged (or moving downwards) - does this sound right or is it just some new symptom for me to enjoy?

If you feel that you have a cannonball between your legs , yes it is engaged. It is quite a heavy kind of feeling. I was worried DS would just slide out if I am not careful enough. (I know, typical hopeful first-timer .)
