is it normal to feel exhausted @ 29 weeks with a toddler of 3 years in tow?

i am 29 weeks tomorrow with dd2 feel exhausted!!.
just need to sit all day
dd1 is very active and constantly demands attention doesnt do playing by herself.
finding it hard to get to sleep as well.
turn off the light put head on pillow and just keep tossing and turning then dont feel tired cant seem to drift off

Tink - I felt exhausted all the way through my second pregnancy. it is really hard when you have a toddler to deal with as well.

I would advise you to try some methods of going to sleep - warm bath, milky drink, classic FM on the Radio all work for me. Could you get your dh to give you a massage. Anything really to wind you down ready to sleep.

Also, maybe try and get some activities in that don't involve you having to move round a lot - maybe some new carft stuff etc. Also, get your shopping delivered etc - you need to look after yourself!!
