I'm just over 16 weeks & really struggling with back pain. It's not even always in the same place, but means that all I want to do is lie rigidly on the floor. Currently it's about half way up my back & on the left, but yesterday it was down most of the bottom half of my back on the right. I also sometimes have to lie on the floor & wriggle about a little to sort of click my lower back into place, which then feels a lot better. Other times it's not possible, like today.
I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do to prevent it happening, or to reduce the pain? I can't help but worry that it's going to become unbearable by the end of the pregnancy if it's bad now, so any help at all would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
