Well. according to this I will have a boy. But we have to wait 7.5 months to find out!

Well, said I am having a girl (due May) and I saw 3 magpies yesterday too. Now, who can tell me about that old wives tale about wedding rings swaying to & fro or spinning? Which is which?

Wrong for dd 1 and predicting a boy again for second...scans show inconclusively a girl (sonographer wasn't certain but said if had to put money on it, would say it's a girl) so may well be wrong again...will find out soon

was right for both of mine - isnt it based on astrology or something? I think the main predictor is sex very close to ovulation favours biys, bit before girls, otherwise is pot luck.
