BACKACHE!!

is anyone suffering with really bad backache in the lower back, im 37+4 weeks and finding that i cant stand up for long its killing my back any suggestions for easing it? xx

i sympathise hon, i have had lower back pain throughout this pregnancy and with a toddler it's been tough.

try stretching, i find reaching for my toes when standing up or sitting down helps alot. also stretching your back out on all fours helps.

dh also gives me good lower back massages. hot baths and i also use a heated wheat bag on it which helps...

i also go to a cranial oesteopath which i think helps.
