Got jiggy this morning and now have dull ache in pelvis- terrified I've done something to baby

Hi, I am so paranoid, got jiggy this morning with dh and now have a dull ache on one side of pelvic area, am terrified I've damaged the baby. I'm 6+5 weeks. Need some reassurance!

Honestly, dont worry! I find having an orgasm makes me ache all over and even if I didnt, having sex in the first 12 weeks, rare though that was , I had cramps and aches and was a bit worried.

Was all fine though, so please dont worry. Having sex cant hurt the baby, it's far too protected and wrapped up all in side you!

try not to stress I am about the same and get aches and pains all over the place without having sex

thanks I feel better now. I don't know why I'm so paranoid, it's my third pregnancy and I don't remember anything from before, it's like the first time all over again!

I think its well insulated and well inside at this stage so don't panic and carry on with the jiggy!!
