I'm 25 weeks with my 4th child. I've had SI pain at 24 weeks with no.2 and couldn't work anymore.
With no.3I developed SPD at 20weeks but saw a physio early and I was a bit better prepared (ex's and belt etc) and lasted until 28 weeks before I couldn't drive anymore.

This time around I've been fine until this last week when I feel like the pain is here all of a sudden, comes on after the slightest activity and having to drive is absolute agony!

I work in the Community and cannot tolerate more than a 5 minute drive all within the space of a week.

What the hell am I going to do? Should it have come back within such a short space of time and be this painful this quick. I feel the last two times I got a bit of notice that things were gradually falling to bits.

I can stand for no more than 10-15 minutes before it starts to feel like all my internal organs with fall out!

sorry for the grammar
I'm typing & distracting my 21 mo from bashing the keyboard at the same time.
