Hi All - I think I've managed to set up a link - hurray!

If you're interested in coming along to CJ on 19th, please do bung your names down as would be lovely to meet some fellow preggies for a bite to eat / coffee and a natter.

Me too! Are we still meeting at CJ station?

penny99 · 04/11/2008 12:35

I'm still up for it but there seems to be confusion about where we are meeting up.

Buona Sera would be great - pasta or pizza, yum!

Beans33 · 04/11/2008 15:28

Yup, let's meet at the coffee shop in Clapham Junction (think it's Costa Coffee), then make our way to Buona Sera - shall I book a table for 10 (+ a few littles - say total of 15?) at 12.45? then we could meet at CJ at 12.30 and waddle our way up to Buona Sera?

Sounds good to me but I can do any time if that's no good for others.....

Beans33 · 04/11/2008 15:35

TTable booked for 12.45 for 15 total. But have told them that this may change nearer the time!

This is my list so far:

Penny
Pixsix
Jam
Verso
Emmanbump
Kimberly
Badkitty
Rosmerta
LadyT
KMP
Olipop
Chut ney
and me!

And a few littles - is that about right?

rosmerta · 04/11/2008 16:11

Thanks beans. I am planning on coming but it does depend a little on ds's mood on the day as that's over his lunch/nap time!

emmanbump · 04/11/2008 16:45

Thanks Beans are we meeting at Clapham Junction station? Sorry being a bit thick. Can I get there via tube?

badkitty · 04/11/2008 17:30

See you all there! There's no tube to Clapham Junction - it is about 10 mins on the train from Waterloo, or you could get the bus from Clapham Common tube.

kmp1 · 04/11/2008 18:40

is it still the 19th? if so - great!

waitinggirl · 04/11/2008 18:58

ooh, count me in too, please. far too nosy to let a meet like this go past without putting faces to names. loving ladyt's suggestion that we are all bearing one man's children. only venturing south of the river for you guys, though - count yourselves lucky. so, am i right in saying meet 12.30 @ costa coffee at clapham junction station on Wed 19th nov?

anyone venturing a mobile number in case of latecomers/pathetic north londoners who always misjudge how long it's going to take to clapham junction?

can't wait

Beans33 · 05/11/2008 09:27

WG - perfect summary on meeting! Brill. Thanks v much for coming south of the river - what a hero!

For latecomers, might be good to come straight to the restaurant here. You can see Clapham Junction from there as well.

Can't wait to see you all on 19th!

Beans33 · 06/11/2008 09:22

I am there in sprirt!!! Eat cake for me!!!

pixsix · 17/11/2008 16:39

I'm going to have to regretfully bow out of the meet up this time. I would really love to come but after the disaster of the move last week, dh is going to be at home tomorrow and Weds so that we can finally get things sorted just in case of an early arrival. Hope you all have a brilliant time and like Kayz, I'll be there in spirit.

EffiePerine · 17/11/2008 16:45

Don't think I can make it either - can't face wrestling with DS on a long journey . Am up for doing something when I start my ML though...

Shame you can't make it,Verso and Effie. Effie, I agree it's a jolly long way on public transport with DS when you are heavily pg.

Verso, I would be delighted to meet you another time for coffee or something in Clap J as you are quite close I think? I could do this Thurs am as I only have the smaller DD then. Or at some point in the future,as you are having your baby next week (!) - perhaps we can meet up with both our babies soon.

Looking forward to seeing everyone else then. LadyT, I'll bring the sterilizer in case you can make it.

rosmerta · 18/11/2008 11:39

Another one having to bow out here . I'm finding it hard to take ds any distance & think I would struggle with all the stairs at CJ. Really sorry, would've loved to have seen everyone and hopefully will see you if we have a post-baby meet!
