Itchy nipples!

I am almost 22 weeks, and have (I think) been leaking colustrum for about a week - haven't actually seen any yet, but I keep waking up with, ahem, 'crust'. But it's making my nipples quite itchy - I have been using moisturiser and obviously keeping them clean but would appreciate any other tips!

I got this when weaning ds3 - opposite end of the spectrum! Still sometimes flares up, in which case I wear cotton (washable) breastpads. I actually think it's the bra fabric irritating me - often co-incides with buying a new one. I have used Vaseline at night also, which seems to help.

Oh my God, I forgot I had this when I was pregnant!

I changed bras and found that that helped loads too. I got a cotton one from Mothercare and it was fab.
