Anyone written a birth plan for after labour?

I'm having a planned section and am very worried, through past experience, of not receiing pain meds on time. Has anyone experienced this and/or planned for it?

have experienced the lack of pain relief and sympathise
my birth plan focussed on a natural birth with no pain relief to be offered - I would ask if I needed it
otoh, the part I wrote about 'in case of c section' said something along the lines of maximum pain relief at all times please
hope you have a better experience this time round
